Chocolates

Since my childhood, I really like chocolates.  It makes me feel good and happy whenever my father and mother always buy us chocolates. Chocolates are addictive, I may say so. That's why I always bring chocolates in the office and eat them during break time.  According to scientific research, the anti-oxidant property in chocolates are due to the presence of flavonoids and cocoa.  Since flavonoids and cocoa are present in chocolates, there are less chances of danger from free radicals.  Dark chocolate is one example of a powerhouse anti-oxidant because it is highly made of cocoa beans and the health benefits of eating dark chocolates can lower blood pressure, reduced cholesterol, and maintaining skin collagen.
