I found a new place to take rest after a shopping spree, wherein you can have a hot coffee for drinks and hot bibingka to eat. It's becoming a popular eatery in every SM malls. Here in SM Bacoor you can find it at the ground floor area. Bibingka is a type of rice cake which is very popular in our country, a Filipino dessert during Christmas season. It is traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with banana leaves. Here in Bibingkinitan, they are selling the original bibingka and bibingka with different flavors. I recommend you visit and try to buy and taste the good smelling original bibingka.

ReplyDeleteYes Lili, Filipino dessert are still the best. Bibingka is one of them especially when it is serve fresh from the oven with hot brewed coffee!
