One of my favorite Filipino dish I order whenever I eat in a Filipino restaurant is sinigang na hipon (shrimp) or beef sinigang. I always relish the taste of the sour broth or soup that uses tamarind as its base flavor of this menu. It is also compose of vegetables such as water spinach (kangkong), pechay, or string beans (sitaw). Last night, me and my colleague from Warehouse department decided to eat at a Filipino restaurant in Al-Khobar and we ordered this yummy and mouth watering sinigang na hipon and lumpiang shanghai.
