Health Benefits of Cycling

Since last year I had already doing cycling or biking as my regular exercise aside from walking. This year, I started it with more places to explore and added more kilometers to bike within our city. There are many benefits of cycling and it is good for us especially who are already in their 60's. Cycling may help lose weight. It increases our cardiovascular fitness. It helps strengthen our legs and increase muscle strength. In addition, it may lower cholesterol and  decreases stress. I encourage everyone to join me in doing cycling or biking as a form of exercise.
