The holiday season of 2025 officially begins at SM City Bacoor. A big Christmas tree adorned with bright colored lights is the centerpiece display of the mall. Three large replicas of Santa Claus are also on display around the Christmas tree. Children with their guardians, adults, students, and shoppers are happy and glad to take selfies and group pictures in front of the displays. I will post on my future blogs several malls with their Christmas displays for the holiday season.
The Grand Magical Christmas Parade 2024 kicked off last November 16, 2024 at SM City Bacoor, Cavite. This will continue across various SM Supermalls in South Luzon. The parade featured Christmas characters including Santa Claus and other classic Christmas favorites. Also included are princes and princesses which add a touch of fairy tale scenario. Here are some photos that every children together with their parents had truly enjoyed the event.
Christmas is fast approaching. In Philippines, Christmas celebrations begin as early as September. You will notice Christmas songs being played in every radio stations, malls started to decorate their stores with Christmas decorations, and as a centerpiece they install big Christmas tree with colorful lights, Christmas balls, mistletoes, stockings, garlands, and candy canes. SM malls and other known malls such as Robinsons, Ayala Malls started this trend. As an example of this tradition, SM City Bacoor provided us a glimpse of Christmas decoration they have installed on their second floor area.
